Order Status & Tracking

You will receive an email and SMS confirmation from Pettagam once your order is successfully placed. The email will include all the details related to your order.

Can I raise multiple return/exchange requests of one order within 7 days?

No, return and exchange will be processed at the order level, not on a product-by-product basis. We no longer accommodate requests for return and exchange on a product-by-product basis.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

The shipping address of your order can only be modified if it hasn’t been packed yet. To change the address, contact our Customer Care team at info.pettagam@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9677080253

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

“We ship your order within 24 business hours, and it will be delivered within 4-7 business days, depending on your location.


My order shows delivered but I have not received it.

“Generally, our courier partners deliver the order to the intended recipient at the delivery address only. In case, you have not received the order, we request you to whatsapp us on +91 9677080253 or mail us at info.pettagam@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery intimation from our end. We shall arrange proof of delivery for you within 48 hours of your complaint from the aligned courier partner.

Kindly note, any complaint raised after 48 hours of receiving the delivery intimation may not be considered.

Shipping & Delivery

Do the shipping charges vary on the number of items purchased/weight of the order?

For PAN lndia, shipping charges is Rs.60 FLAT irrespective of the order size and weight.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

What delivery methods do you use?

We use leading courier companies such as Bluedart, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, Delhivery & Speed post for shipments in India.


What should be done if my package has been opened or tampered with?

If your package has been opened or tampered with, do not accept the shipment. Immediately inform our customer care team via info.pettagam@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9677080253. Note that any intimation after 24 hours of the attempted delivery will not be considered.

Is there a purchase limit for a Cash on Delivery (COD) purchase?

The Cash On Delivery option is available on purchases of up to Rs. 4,000. Beyond this amount, purchases can only be made using Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, UPI.

Cancellation Policy

What is Pettagam’s Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel an order until it has been packed at our warehouse, including sale items. The amount paid will be credited to the same payment method used. If you wish to cancel after the order is packed, contact our Customer Care team at info.pettagam@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9677080253

How do I cancel my order?

For order cancellations, please contact our Customer Care team at info.pettagam@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9677080253. Note that orders can only be canceled before they are packed in our warehouse.

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

“For all prepaid orders, the refund shall reflect in the source account within 5-7 business days.
If you had placed the order using Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded at our end as you haven’t paid for the order yet.”

Our jewellery is anti tarnish and water resistant?

Our products are anti-tarnish, with a little care, you jewellery will last longer! Regular use of water on jewellery – like showers, swimming etc, should be avoided, however little water will not tarnish the jewellery. we have included the care instructions in our jewellery care guide.

How should I store jewelry?

Our microfiber pouch is perfect for protecting your jewelry. It prevents scratches and tarnishing, keeping your items safe and secure. Just store your jewelry inside when not in use to maintain its quality and appearance.

Can I use salty’s product on daily basis.

Pettagam’s anti-tarnish feature, you can confidently wear your jewelry daily without concerns about it losing its shine or luster over time.
